Front of house
Our front of house team members are the first face clients see when they walk into one of our centres. They are responsible for facilitating a client’s treatment journey to ensure they have the best possible experience. Front of house assistants also undertake a number of administrative, booking and reporting duties for facilitate the smooth running of the centre.
Healthcare assistants have a key role to play within the clinical team conducting client consultations and assisting in the treatment and recovery rooms. They provide appropriate and effective care, as determined by the client, within the Marie Stopes philosophy of minimal intervention.
At our 24 hour call centre in Bristol, we offer a variety of supportive roles. Our health advisors take booking calls and conduct pre-treatment consultations with clients. Client service advisors make bookings for our clinics balancing client needs with appointment availability and provide in-depth information on our services.
